What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by collection, and colors or sizes can usually be mixed within one MOQ. Tell us your target quantity and we will structure the program around it.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes — private label is our main mode. We handle logo application, gift packaging, hang tags, barcode labels and inserts in-house, and can develop exclusive shapes or colorways for your brand.
How do samples work?
Stock samples ship within 3 days; custom samples take 7–10 days including packaging mock-ups. Sample fees are credited back against your first bulk order.
What are your lead times and shipping terms?
Production lead time is confirmed at sample approval. We quote EXW, FOB or DDP, consolidate mixed categories into one container, and can deliver direct to your warehouse or 3PL.
How is quality and safety handled?
Every order passes in-line checks and an AQL 2.5 final inspection. Food-contact, textile and candle-safety test reports are prepared for your market, and third-party inspection is always welcome.
